Road reconstruction in street Anenska in the length of 330 m. Reconstruction of the crossing between Anenska street and Karla IV street including public lighting and SSZ. Reconstruction of street S.K.Neumanna linking to the Anensky undebridge in the length of 110 m and street Na Spravedlnosti in the length of 120 m including the crossing of these streets. Other parts of this project were relaying of underground distribution systems – STL gas line, communication cable VČE, construction of new drainage DN 600 and DN 400, new public lighting and landscaping.

Construction of parking place made of interlocking paving and asphalt concrete and construction of communication area for motor transport, cyclists and pedestrians made of interlocking paving, to provide service for residential and commercial complex. Other parts of the project were monolithic concrete ramps and stairs, area damp proofing, public lighting and landscaping.

Reconstruction of local communication in the length of 300 m. The original road made of granite blocks was replaced by asphalt-concrete surfacing, construction of new pavements and house drives made of interlocking paving. Road drainage and final ground shaping were other parts of the project.
