The division of design engineering was established in 1995 to fulfil two main aims: the first one was to extend the product assortment offered to our current business partners and the second one was to complete offered services for other clients.

These aims strongly influenced the composition of the offered services. The division is directed above all towards the traffic construction designing. We carry out rail as well as road construction designs. We execute project documentations at the stage of feasibility study, documentation for the general planning proceedings, realization documentation and the documentation of the final construction. For the Czech Railways we provide special stages of documentation, in particular the preparatory documentation and construction projects. At each stage of documentation we provide the engineering operations, including the zoning and planning decision and the planning permission. All these kinds of documentation are delivered both in paper and digital form.

The division has been developed in two stages: In the first period highly qualified personnel, accepting our advanced corporate culture and approach to work, occupied the working positions. Entering the traffic construction design market and winning a good reputation at the investors and the public characterize the second period. These aims were met through realizing a number of orders for the Czech Railways and the regional investors of Pardubice region. We could see a trend of the rising volume of the orders executed for municipalities, towns and districts, including all the required engineering operations.

Our strategy – creation of a higher added value for the investors – is based on the continual quality increase of our services and extension of the service assortment. We have chosen the way of the most complex digitalisation and automation of the offered services, causing reduction of the total costs. The result is a more prosperous rate between the offered advantage for the investor and the price.
