The company Chládek and Tintěra from its foundation in 1994 concentrated mainly on railway engineering. The foundation of the division of bridge constructions was due to the growing customers’ demand in the field of structural engineering. From repairing works on culvert mouldings to platform constructions, repairs and constructions of bridges, this division has become one of the most crucial parts of the company. Nowadays, we operate in the field of bridge constructions almost in the whole country and in road constructions mainly in East Bohemia.

The variety of offered services is wide – bridge and culvert structures, abutment and revetment walls and our attention is also paid to static protection including improvement of old constructions made of reinforced concrete and mainly of stone. During these works with native materials, it is obvious to take notice of our workers’ workmanship and great efforts to salvage inheritances of our ancestors for future generations. Production and assembly program of steel constructions has extended our offer and we have recently obtained Certificate of competence for production and assembly of steel constructions.

The progress of management system in this division was based on experience from other company divisions and on a high level of the corporate identity. A great emphasis is put on communication and satisfaction of customers’ need. The whole management system is based on a very compact teamwork with aim to provide complex customer services.

We have proved flexibility and a quick reply to market requirements during solving and elimination of flood damage in the Czech Republic in previous years. Thanks to a good communication among divisions inside our company, we were able to offer a quick solution by insertion of some provisional bridges as well as to cooperate on technical solutions and layouts for construction of new structures damaged by flood.

The quality of our work is the priority on all our constructions. Our company has introduced and maintained a quality management system complying with the requirements of CSN EN ISO 9 001:2001 and CSN EN ISO 14 001:1997. The company has recently obtained Certificate of occupational health and safety according to OHSAS 18001 as well. Customers’ satisfaction is a scale of these values.

The aim of our division is to establish an engineering and technical support that will solve complex supplies of bridge structures and will be based on experience from previous engineering development. This support together with the high quality management system and the corporate identity should stabilize our position on the market of bridge constructions.
