EXECUTIVE BOARD

Status executive board

The executive board is the highest executive body of the company (represents a tactical horizon of management) and decides about principal matters that have the importance for the whole company. The members are appointed by the general manager and represent different service and business-productive sectors of the organization; it means that they are responsible for the realization of tasks which belongs to them and also for a transfer of feedback from the horizon of executive management back to the executive board.
