The company Chládek a Tintěra, Pardubice Ltd. was founded as a subsidiary company of its “mother company” from Litoměrice in 1994. In 1997 it was transformed to a joint-stock company and became absolutely independent. Nowadays, it is a sovereign company with a clearly defined proprietary structure and further prospects of its development.

The priority of the company is to be a producer of high quality services and goods, a good employer and to have a position of carrier and representative of transparently formulated moral values.

The shareholders of the company are solely Czech physical persons; the top management owns more than 50% of shares. The basic capital of the company amounts 276 000 EUR, shareholders equity was 16 000 000 EUR to 1.1. 2005.

At the present the main company activities are constructions, reconstructions and repairs of the state technical infrastructure (tracks, roads, bridges and other engineering structures). Our company is the leader firm on the aluminothermic welding market in the Czech Republic. We also offer information products in the field of design and realization engineering. Our company holds significant equity participations in the companies “KVIS Pardubice” (drainage and water supply systems), “BERTH” (development activities) and “Duchcov Welding Plant” (mainly rail welding).

The sales volume of own goods and services has recently overreached the level of 33 million EUR a year. In year 2004 the annual turnover amounted to 39 million EUR.

The company operates in the whole territory of the Czech Republic, above all in Eastern Bohemia, Northern Bohemia, in the eastern part of the Central Moravia and after the flood disaster in 2002 it started to operate in the South of Bohemia as well.

At the beginning of the year 2005, our company employed 242 employees; about 50% of them are technicians and graduate engineers. The high rate of sophistication of the company structure (strong management) is considered to be the key tool of survival on the global market, a source of high quality, productivity and a guarantee of future development of the company.

The most significant distinction is the corporate identity, psychological and social atmosphere and relations among the employees. The program of trust, expressed by motto “Company for People” has strongly influenced a creation of a very compact work team identified with company objectives and its culture.
